The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

RECEPTIONIST
There is a receptionist at the front desk every Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:15 AM.
The church phone number is 412.741.4550. The fax machine number is 412.741.1210.

PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available Monday through Friday on the Ansby Hall parking lot side of the building or in the gravel by the White House. There is no parking on the church side of Beaver Street, except on Sundays.

The Grant Street driveway is used for FriendShip Nursery School Drop Off at 9 AM and 12:15 PM Monday through Friday. The only cars to be parked in that driveway during office hours are staff in the four designated parking spots. The Grant Street door is kept locked during office hours to maintain safety.

CLERGY VISITS
Scott and Tracey are always glad to get out of the office and do home visits. If this would be helpful to you, give Scott, Tracey or Steve a call and we’ll promptly schedule a mutually convenient time.

HOSPITAL INFORMATION AND VISITS
Please help us stay current. Multiple hospital venues and privacy laws sometimes keep us from knowing when hospitalizations happen. Call and let us know, please, so we can visit.

WEEKLY EMAIL
Dana Rae sends everyone an email highlighting church activity for the week. If you’d like to be in that loop, please send your email information to her with CHURCH EMAIL in the subject line or call 412.741.4550 ext. 210).

INTERPRETATION
Dana Rae also puts together a monthly newsletter of events, announcements, and articles. If you would like to place information in Interpretation, please email your final ad copy/photographs to Dana Rae. She is happy to add graphic artwork to articles dependent upon space. Deadlines are typically the second Tuesday of the month for the next month's issue.

SUNDAY BULLETIN
All information to be included in the bulletin is due to Dana Rae by 10 AM on Tuesday morning. This schedule will be adjusted for holidays and shortened work weeks.

CHECK REQUESTS
All check request forms are to be filled out with the appropriate general ledger numbers by the person requesting the check.They are to be received by the business administrator no later than noon on Thursdays. On Friday morning all requests are reviewed. Friday afternoon all checks are cut and mailed or placed in individual boxes. If there is an unusual circumstance, please consult Laura Mikush (412.741.4550 ext. 204).

SESSION PACKETS
Minutes and information to be included in the Session packet are to be given to Debbie Pollack by the first Thursday of the month by 5 PM.
