At The Presbyterian Church, Sewickley we believe that children are
a sacred gift from God and that God has given us great responsibility
to provide a safe environment for children. We remember when Jesus
took a little child into his arms and said,“Whoever welcomes
one such child in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes
not me but the one who sent me.”

| We look forward to the opportunity to meet you, the parents of the
children entrusted to us, and promise to tenderly care for your child
while you attend church activities. All of our childcare providers
have been thoroughly screened and have obtained proper clearances.
All of our childcare providers are experienced workers, care about
children, and strive to provide quality care in a safe, secure, and
nurturing environment. |

| Each Sunday morning and for all church services, quality childcare
is provided for infants, toddlers, and children through age 4. Childcare
is available for many church-wide events and activities by reservation.
Childcare reservations may be made by calling the church office and
requesting childcare when you register for your activity. |

| Our nursery is located upstairs near the FriendShip classrooms. The
crib room provides care for infants through children aged 18 months.
The Toddler room is intended for children 18 months through age 4.
Both rooms are open for all worship services. One or both rooms may
be open for classes or special activities depending upon demand. The
nursery opens 15 minutes prior to the beginning of a church function
and will promptly close 15 minutes after the event is over. |
